Job Description
- Governance & Systems Support: Ensure projects run smoothly by supporting established governance frameworks, processes, and systems - keeping everything aligned and compliant.
- Executive-Level Reporting: Lead the development of structured monthly reports for senior executives, providing clear insights into project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage the flow of project information between internal teams and clients through regular meetings and clear written communications - keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Change Control Management: Own the change control process, ensuring all project changes are tracked, assessed, and implemented effectively.
- Project Planning: Contribute to detailed project plans, helping shape timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Client Interface Leadership: Take a leading role in client engagement - building trust, managing expectations, and ensuring successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Manager: Brings experience in leading projects and coordinating teams across the full project lifecycle.
- Senior Project Manager: Offers extensive expertise in leading complex projects, with a proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
- Professional qualifications in construction, engineering, architecture, IT, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
- Experience in design, management, or construction within a PM/CM environment
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Proven ability to work in client-facing roles and within the Australian market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team
