Job Title: Sr. SAP Basis Administrator

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to support a secure, enterprise-level SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience administering SAP environments, working in highly regulated environments, and supporting mission-critical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Perform SAP installations, upgrades, patches, system copies, kernel upgrades, and refreshes.
Manage SAP transports and system configurations across development, QA, and production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis-related issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with infrastructure, security, network, and application teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
Implement SAP performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning.
Support disaster recovery planning, backup, and recovery processes.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to change management processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and best practices.
10+ years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience.
Strong experience supporting complex SAP landscapes.
Experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related SAP technologies.
Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and system performance optimization.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance preferred.
- Experience with cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- SAP Basis certification is preferred.
