Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Location: London (Hybrid) with international project scope

What You’ll Do:
Lead and evolve the creative vision across international design projects.
Champion neuroscience-informed design principles throughout the creative process.
Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of designers and thinkers.
Collaborate closely with clients to deliver transformative environments.
Push creative boundaries to establish a bold, future-focused design philosophy.
Proven leadership experience within architecture, interior, or experiential design.
Strong conceptual thinking and expertise in human-centred design.
Passion for education and belief in its transformative power.
A confident, innovative voice capable of translating research into inspiring strategies.
Ambition to lead and influence globally impactful projects.
International experience is essential, with the ability to travel
