We are an intermediary platform established in 2020 that connects companies with a curated network of remote, independent professionals. We operate as an Internet Marketplace Platform and have 11-50 employees.

We offer access to specialized talent across various fields, including architecture, engineering support, business operations, marketing, design, sales, interior design, administrative support, and BIM & CAD drafting support. Our platform aims to provide companies with quick access to pre-vetted specialists, often in under a week, without the hassle of traditional hiring or long-term commitments.

The network primarily consists of independent contractors based in Latin America who are available to support US-based teams remotely. We rigorously pre-vet professionals, accepting only the top 5% of applicants. Our professionals typically have relevant degrees, strong English communication skills, and experience working to US market standards, including familiarity with local codes and regulations where applicable.

The process for companies involves sharing their specific needs, after which we source and share 3 to 5 tailored profiles within days. Companies then review profiles, conduct interviews, and select their preferred independent contractor(s). We can coordinate a kickoff call, with the client directly managing the contractor’s direction, supervision, and deliverables thereafter.
