Job Description
We are an expanding engineering consultancy focused on electrical design for wastewater and stormwater lift stations. We are seeking an experienced engineer to lead projects, guide a small drafting team, and support our growth into areas like treatment plant design.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with civil engineers, city officials, and equipment vendors to define project requirements.
Oversee and review the work of a drafting team, and update plans when necessary.
Work closely with Professional Engineers (PEs) to review and approve designs.
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to clients, and ensure deadlines are met.
Review submittals during bidding and construction phases.
(Optional) Contribute to expanding services into treatment plant projects and help standardize drafting procedures and CAD templates.
Hands-on experience in wastewater electrical engineering (lift stations, pump stations, or treatment plants).
Previous experience working for the U.S Market in this same indsutry will be highly valued.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong AutoCAD skills, with experience reviewing and checking drafting work.
Experience managing or coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of Autodesk Vault or similar project management software is a plus.
Broader experience in MEP disciplines (mechanical, civil, etc.) is an advantage.
