UpTogether was founded in 2001 as a national non-profit. We promote economic and social mobility for people in the United States by investing directly in individuals in financially under-resourced communities and amplifying their experiences. Our goal is to support strength-based policies and practices that create systems change.
Our team has between 11 and 50 people. Technology is central to our mission. Our engineering team manages infrastructure, DevOps, application development, and integrations. We also drive technology strategy, oversee the technology stack and data architecture, and work on cross-functional projects.
