What you’ll do
Make outbound calls to book appointments
Take inbound calls from members
Update scheduling system (accurate + fast)
Follow up on missed visits
Escalate urgent needs
Must-haves
1+ year call center, scheduling, or customer service
Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English (required)
