What we’re looking for
Our Ad Operations team is looking for a hungry, proactive, and detail-driven Ad Operations Coordinator to join our growing PH team.
This role will support the Operations team across pre-launch, launch, and post-campaign optimisation phases, ensuring all administrative and process-related tasks are handled efficiently so the team has the support needed to deliver exceptional service to our advertisers.
Sitting at the heart of campaign execution, this role works closely with Sales, Creative, Finance, and Ad Operations to ensure campaigns launch accurately, deliver against KPIs, and are reported on effectively.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident working across multiple systems, and comfortable managing campaign documentation, verification, reporting, and performance tracking.
Campaign Setup & Documentation
Check availability again if anything changes between the original request (RFI) and the final IO.
Compare the IO with the Media Plan to make sure everything matches, and report any mistakes.
Check the campaign goals (KPIs) and flag anything that doesn’t look correct.
Upload IO documents to Google Drive and enter the details into MD.
Check the signed IO and update Media Delivery if needed.
Make sure all communication between Sales, AdOps, and other teams is recorded in HubSpot.
Campaign Launch & Monitoring
Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time.
Send screengrabs to clients within 24 hours of launch.
Monitor inbox for campaign-related requests.
Delegate tasks to AdOps team members as required.
Configure and execute BLS (Brand Lift Studies).
Pull and review verification partner reports (IAS, DV) including:
Brand Safety
Viewability
IVT
Flag issues via HubSpot and escalate where necessary.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Provide weekly reporting (if requested by the client).
Conduct BLS analysis.
Prepare End-of-Campaign Reports.
Send Billing Confirmation.
Input delivery and performance data into PCA.
Upload PCA to HubSpot for review/finalisation by Sales & Sales Support teams.
