About the Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations—planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating events, and equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed. You will work closely with teams across the business and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that support our commercial goals.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive, digitally skilled, and passionate about sustainability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns and Digital Marketing
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and events.
Create and update marketing collateral and content aligned with our brand messaging.
Manage digital marketing activity including social media, email marketing, SEO and advertising.
Track campaign performance, analyse KPIs and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Event Management
Lead planning and delivery of events, trade shows and promotional activities.
Ensure event logistics and materials support marketing objectives.
Drive effective event lead capture, using digital tools where appropriate.
Prepare post-event reports and support continuous improvement.
Content and Sales Enablement
Contribute engaging content for blogs, social media, email and marketing materials.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to maintain consistent brand messaging.
Manage and maintain content across sales enablement platforms such as Showpad.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing teams across Europe, HQ, THUB and external agencies.
Foster strong internal relationships across departments including accounts, finance and customer service.
Support customer engagement across social and email channels.
Marketing Operations and Reporting
Monitor KPIs, campaign conversion rates and ROI.
Support budget tracking, PO raising and spend reporting.
Suggest new KPIs or marketing approaches as trends evolve.
Contribute to lead generation and nurturing across multiple channels.

Essential Skills & Experience
Degree in Marketing, Business or similar—or equivalent marketing experience.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident digital marketer with an eye for detail.
Experience in event coordination.
Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Interest in sustainability, environmental topics and ecological transformation.
