What’s exciting about the role

Verifone is seeking a Director, Strategic Partner Marketing to define and lead how we activate strategic partners globally. This role sits at the intersection of partner strategy, demand generation, and execution, and plays an important role in shaping how Verifone and its partners go to market together.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope and ownership. You will step into an environment with meaningful opportunity and evolving structure, and you will be responsible for defining partner marketing strategy and personally driving execution from end to end.

You will work closely with Product Marketing, Partner Sales, Product, and regional marketing teams to translate joint solutions and partner narratives into scalable GTM motions. If you enjoy building from the ground up, operating with autonomy, and owning work all the way through execution, this role offers the opportunity to make a real and visible impact.

This is a hybrid role that can be based out of our offices in Atlanta, GA, Clearwater, FL, or King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

Partner GTM Strategy and Activation

  • Define and lead Verifone’s partner GTM strategy across strategic ISVs, channel partners, and ecosystem partners.
  • Translate joint solutions and partnership narratives into clear GTM motions that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.
  • Establish partner segmentation, prioritization, and engagement models aligned to business impact.
  • Own partner launch activation beyond initial announcements and ensure momentum continues post-launch.

Partner Program Design and Digital Scale

  • Define and evolve Verifone’s partner marketing framework, including program structure, tiers, benefits, and GTM expectations.
  • Identify and own the digital tools and channels used to deliver partner-facing information at scale.
  • Establish and maintain partner content repositories so partners have accurate, up-to-date access to products, messaging, and enablement.
  • Apply prior experience with MDF, partner incentives, and co-marketing guidelines to inform program design.

Demand and Co-Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute joint demand generation programs with partners, including campaigns, events, webinars, and field activations.
  • Build co-marketing plans that are repeatable and measurable rather than one-off executions.
  • Ensure partner marketing efforts can be scaled and reused across partners and regions.

Operating Model and Optimization

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Partner Sales to align messaging, launches, and GTM priorities.
  • Define and track core metrics to measure partner marketing and program impact.
  • Use performance insights and partner feedback to continuously refine GTM motions and partner programs.

Qualifications

  • 7 to 10+ years of marketing experience, with direct experience leading partner marketing and partner programs.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and operating partner programs, including familiarity with MDF, partner incentives, and co-marketing rules.
  • Proven success as a senior individual contributor with end-to-end ownership from strategy through execution.
  • Experience working within partner ecosystems such as ISVs, resellers, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Strong judgment grounded in practical partner marketing experience, including knowing what to do and what to avoid.
  • Comfortable operating in environments where processes and structure are still being established.
  • Able to think strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience building and sending campaigns in Pardot and reviewing or routing leads in Salesforce is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • FinTech, Payments, or B2B technology experience strongly preferred.
