Job Description
This job will be within the managed service at Version 1, focussed on the support of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
This exciting role is to grow and shape the Managed Service support offering for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, driving automation and AI within this area.
The primary role will be within the managed service and there will be opportunities to work on projects for Oracle Cloud. The candidate will be expected to be able to manage tickets within the managed service for various issues with key skills being to solve complex networking issues, access controls via network security groups, single sign-on integrations.
There will be opportunities to work closely with the Oracle Integrations Cloud team and exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud also.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
· Able to support Oracle cloud tenancies
· Experience working with IPSec VPNs 1-3 Years.
· Debugging network routing and network security group issues within OCI.
· User management and IAM policies with OCI.
· AD SSO Integrations (including Fusion)
· Experience with CloudGuard and resolution of alerts
· DevOps – Terraform. Able to use and update Terraform scripting
· Linux/Windows - Administrative skills
Desirable:
· DevOps - Terraform - Able to do full implementations of cloud infrastructure builds using Terraform.
· DevOps - Ansible - Able to configure Linux environments using ansible,
· FastConnect - Experience with fastconnect configurations.
· Oracle Database - Experience with Oracle databases is advantageous. Basic experience such as TNS connections to Oracle database, and how to work with database links.
· OCI - JD Edwards or Ebusiness suite experience useful
· OIC - Experience working with Oracle Integration cloud, particularly provisioning and working with connectivity agents. The ability to create and work with integrations is not a requirement.
· SOA – Experience of SOA Cloud Service desirable.
