Job Description
We are seeing unprecedented growth across several of our key practice areas. We are looking for talented individuals, who want a challenging, dynamic work environment with honesty & integrity, excellence and drive amongst our core values as well as a strong emphasis on our people and a work-life balance.
Typical activities will include:
- Policy analysis including options analysis, secondary research, feasibility analysis etc
- Curating and facilitating workshops
- Scoping/setting the direction of work
- Maintaining and building close relationships with senior stakeholders
- Working with policy stakeholders to generate visions and strategies for policy spaces
- Advocating for user-centred policy design approaches with senior stakeholders
- Running stakeholder research sessions when required
Qualifications
- Strong Analysis experience within a Consultancy, Services Provider or Public Sector Organisation
- Good project management skills with the ability to plan and schedule own work and work towards tight deadlines.
- Experience working with user centred design teams in an agile environment
- Experience managing and working with senior stakeholders
- Experience leading work and leading others
- Experience in strategic thinking and decision making
- Excellent communication skills — be able to explain complicated processes and concepts to non-experts.
- Experience working in/with government in User Centred Design policy design is highly desirable
