We are a non-profit global health organization founded in 2001. We develop, test, implement, and scale solutions for health system challenges, especially in areas with limited resources. A key part of our work focuses on strengthening the “last mile” of healthcare delivery.

We combine public health, technology, and business expertise to introduce new systems and programs. Our goal is to make these innovations scalable and sustainable for underserved communities worldwide. We address major obstacles to better health outcomes, such as poor healthcare access, inadequate infrastructure, limited information, and staffing shortages.

Our specializations include supply chain management for health systems, human resources for health, information and communication technology, vaccine delivery and logistics, mHealth, social business and private sector engagement, health system support, healthcare accessibility, and cold chain solutions.
