For our growing organization Virya-Energy, we are looking for a freelance HR recruiter to support us in attracting talent in Poland. You will work closely with our Hiring Managers and manage recruitment processes for a wide range of profiles. During the initial period, you will mainly work from our office in Warsaw; afterwards, a hybrid work model is possible.
Your responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Actively sourcing and approaching candidates through different channels.
• Working closely with the Hiring Manager to clearly define hiring needs.
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Providing market insights on trends and talent availability in Poland.
• Representing our organization in the labour market.
Requirements
Your profile
• Native Polish speaker with excellent command of English.
• Experience as a recruiter, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish labour market and relevant sourcing
channels.
• Independent, proactive, and strong communicator.
• Willing to work from our Warsaw office during the initial period.
