Job Description

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Colaborar en la gestión operativa de acuerdos comerciales e incentivos, asegurando correcta ejecución y cumplimiento.
  • Participar en iniciativas de optimización de procesos comerciales, herramientas de ventas y mejores prácticas.
  • Dar soporte operativo y analítico al equipo de ventas VAS durante todo el ciclo comercial (pipeline, forecast, cierre e implementación).
  • Gestionar y actualizar pipeline de ventas, oportunidades y reporting comercial, asegurando precisión y consistencia de la información.
  • Apoyar los procesos de forecast mensual, trimestral y anual de revenue VAS en coordinación con Sales Leadership y Finance.
  • Soportar la preparación de QBRs, MBRs, business reviews y presentaciones ejecutivas.
  • Mantener y desarrollar conocimiento sobre el portafolio de Value Added Services (data & analytics, risk, loyalty, digital enablement, B2B, entre otros).

  • Enfoque operativo, analítico y de soporte comercial, sin responsabilidad directa de cuota.
  • Alta interacción con equipos Sales, Product, Finance, Operations y Regional Leadership.
  • El soporte alcanza tanto a VAS Issuing como VAS Issuing Risk

Indicadores de Éxito (KPIs)

  • Soporte efectivo al cierre y ejecución de oportunidades VAS.
  • Mejora de eficiencia en procesos comerciales.
  • Precisión del pipeline y del forecast VAS.
  • Calidad y oportunidad de los reportes comerciales.
  • Satisfacción de stakeholders internos (Sales, Finance, Product).

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Requisitos y Experiencia

  • Formación en Administración, Economía, Finanzas, Ingeniería, Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en análisis comercial, sales operations, business analysis o roles similares (deseable en fintech, medios de pago o servicios financieros).
  • Fuerte capacidad analítica y orientación a datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con CRM y herramientas de reporting (ej.: Dynamics, Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, Tableau u otras).
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en entornos dinámicos y matriciales.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Interés en tecnología, innovación y el ecosistema de pagos.
  • Inglés avanzado (interacción regional/global).
