Job Description
We are seeking a high‑impact individual to support and scale Visas Data Tokenization and other global product businesses at a regional level. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing go‑to‑market strategy, enabling sales teams, and participating directly in client delivery, including performance tracking and analytics.
The role will act as a bridge between global product teams and regional sales, solutioning, and client teams, ensuring consistent execution while tailoring solutions to regional market needs. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong analytical depth, commercial acumen, and the ability to work with large‑scale Visa datasets and enterprise technology stacks.
Principal Responsibilities:
Go‑to‑Market and Strategy:
- Define and execute the regional GTM strategy for Visa’s data tokenization solutions in alignment with global product and commercial priorities
- Launch Visa Voyage and other emerging Global products in the region
- Identify priority use cases, client segments, and growth opportunities across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and ecosystem partners
- Translate global product capabilities into regionally relevant value propositions, pricing narratives, and commercialization plans
Sales Enablement and Commercial Support:
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to enable selling of data products, including
- Sales playbooks
- Pitch narratives and client‑ready materials
- Use‑case driven ROI and value articulation
- Support pipeline development by participating in client conversations, deal shaping, and solution design
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for tokenized data capabilities during complex sales cycles
Client Delivery and Performance Tracking:
- Participate directly in client delivery engagements, from solution design through implementation and post‑launch optimization
- Define and track success metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards for deployed data token solutions
- Analyze client and network‑level performance to identify optimization opportunities, incremental value, and expansion potential
Data Analytics and Insights:
- Perform large‑scale data analysis using Visa datasets to generate insights that support:
- Derive consumer signals
- Plan out customer engagement programs
- Client performance measurement
- Product optimization
- Commercial storytelling and case studies
- Leverage Visas approved data and analytics technology stack (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark, visualization tools, internal platforms) to deliver repeatable, scalable analysis
- Integrate Gen AI and Advanced Analytics in to the products
- Partner with global analytics, data science, and product teams to align methodologies and best practices
Global and Regional Collaboration:
- Work closely with global product, analytics, and GTM teams to enable consistent delivery and adoption
- Act as the regional point of coordination for data token and other global product initiatives, ensuring feedback loops from clients and sales inform global roadmaps
- Collaborate with regional solutioning, consulting, and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications and Experiences
7 plus years in data science, harnessing consumer signals both prescriptive and predictive across marketing and risk areas, digital marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or performance marketing.
Good understanding of the data products and customer engagement models and priciples
Masters or Bachelors Degree in a Quantitative field such as Business Management, product engineering, Statistics, Mathematic, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent
Strong hands-on experience in Python or R, Causal inference techniques, Statistical modelling, Segmentation, AB experimentation
Experience working with Large-scale transaction data, customer-level CRM datasets and Marketing attribution or ROI models
Familiarity with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.)
Experience building Insight generation bots, Prompt frameworks, Automated reporting scripts, Embedding or vector-based retrieval
Ability to design GenAI-powered analytics assistants for internal users.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
Ability to work with sub-regional Visa teams and external clients with clarity and confidence.
Experience mentoring analysts and managing cross-functional workstreams.
