Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and hands-on delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning projects across multiple engagements.
- Own end-to-end analytics execution: problem framing, data exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, and performance assessment.
- Act as technical authority on assigned projects, providing oversight, code and model reviews, and quality assurance.
- Translate complex business problems into clear analytical approaches and scalable solutions.
- Draft and own detailed analytics scopes, methodologies, and delivery plans for medium-to-large projects.
- Lead the development and delivery of Generative AI use cases, including prototyping, validation, and production-ready design.
- Evaluate and apply appropriate GenAI and ML techniques aligned with business value, data constraints, and governance requirements.
- Ensure analytical outputs meet quality, documentation, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Continuously improve analytics practices by introducing new methodologies, tools, and best practices.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ML or advanced analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading or building Generative AI / LLM-based use cases.
- Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent).
- Postgraduate degree is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
- Solid experience with SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with Spark or large-scale data processing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of model evaluation, validation, and analytical QA.
- Ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
