Job Description

The desired candidate will work in the Compliance Technology Operations team under Global Ethics & Compliance Organization. This team is in the center of all technology development, Compliance requirements, and new product enablement. Whether for an issuer, merchant, or fintech, the team is not only looking to create innovative solutions that resonate with clients but also for the end consumer. As the world shifts towards agentic commerce, we are looking for an operations-oriented product manager that will be at the forefront of optimizing processes across all internal and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that automate and optimize business processes across product operations, implementation, and product delivery. This role will drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives, leveraging advanced AI and agentic technologies to deliver measurable impact for all functional areas.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Services - to identify automation opportunities, architect AI driven solutions, and ensure successful integration and adoption. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in AI agent creation with strategic vision and strong business acumen.

The person should be a thought leader and familiar with the up-to-date development of the industry in these areas, have exceptional organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, be an analytical and structured thinker as well as with extensive experience in customer/partner interaction, management, and software solution delivery.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

6 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Possess deep technical knowledge and a skill for translating our current and future capabilities into actionable product strategies.

Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present in front of executives, vendors, partners, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

9 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

6 or more years of relevant work experience in AI, machine learning, or automation, with a bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 1 year of work experience with a PhD

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Agentic workflows using Copilot Studio.

Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and deploying AI agents for enterprise automation.

Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages. Experience with AI agent frameworks (Lang Chain, OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)

Strong understanding of ML, deep learning, NLP, and data pipeline development.

Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way and strong documentation skills.

Knowledge of Copilot Studio Agent Builder, and the use of application connectors for task agents.

Experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and working with Vector databases.

Prior coding experience.

Experience in payments, fintech, or large-scale enterprise environments

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership

Track record of driving measurable business impact through automation and agent creation.

Experience with AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices

Experience with Compliance systems and strong analytical skills

Understanding of payment processing and Visa Net/payment ecosystem a plus

Experience with ISO 8583 and/or ISO20022

The ability to prioritize critical tasks and coordinate with key stakeholders to accomplish them under challenging roadblock and deadlock situations.

Strong product management experience on a large production line

Phenomenal teammate with a proven track record leading and inspiring through influence.

Willingness to collaborate with teams across different zones to meet deliverables.

A proactive and driven individual with the capacity to adapt to solve problems, address challenges and enable progression.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interface well with partners at all levels.

Outstanding communications ability and relationship management skills to a diverse audience, including C-level senior leadership, product, and technical stakeholders.
