Job Description
Senior product leader responsible for the strategy evolution and execution of the core components of a large scale payments platform Owns foundational capabilities that power transaction processing accounts rules and settlement ensuring the platform is scalable compliant and extensible across markets and use cases.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- Experience with global payment platforms operating across multiple regions and regulatory regimes
- Background in card issuing acquiring or account to account payments at scale
- Prior experience with major platform transformations or core system replacements
- Deep Payments Domain Expertise

- Strategic and Execution Excellence

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 206,100.00 to 360,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
