Job Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to join our Customer Journey product team, responsible for designing intuitive, modern, and AI-enhanced user experiences across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
This role will focus on creating seamless experiences spanning marketing engagement, lead capture, digital journeys, and sales interactions. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with intelligent systems, ensuring experiences are not only functional, but also adaptive, personalized, and easy to use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design CRM user experiences across the full customer journey from marketing to sales to customer support
- Create intuitive flows that connect marketing, digital, and sales, CS, and Product touchpoints into a cohesive experience
- Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and CRM-integrated interfaces
- Design experiences that incorporate AI-driven features such as recommendations, personalization, and automation
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent, and user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop personas, scenarios, and customer journey maps
- Use data and behavioral insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across both customized and out of the box solutions
- Establish UX standards and best practices for customer journey experiences
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or
- 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking
- Experience designing for web applications, SaaS platforms, or CRM tools Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Experience designing AI-driven or data-rich user experiences
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Eloqua
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 152,200.00 to 243,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
