As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic Influencer and UGC Co-Ordinator to be part our marketing blueprint.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Influencer & UGC Coordinator to support our growing creator ecosystem. This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution and coordination. You will manage day-to-day outreach, relationship nurturing, campaign execution, and UGC asset delivery, ensuring smooth operations between creators and the Melbourne marketing team.
What You’ll Do
Execute outreach to beauty and skincare influencers/KOLs (micro to mid-tier) as directed.
Handle day-to-day communication, follow-ups, and relationship management with existing creators.
Coordinate gifting, seeding, and paid collaboration deliveries.
Track deliverables, chase content submissions, and manage approval workflows
Proactively reach out to potential users and creators for UGC opportunities via DMs, email, and forms
Send content briefs and requirements to selected creators.
Maintain an organised library of approved UGC for the team’s use in ads and social content.
Handle logistics such as tracking shipments, contracts, and invoicing follow-ups.
Who We’re Looking For
Location & Availability: Must be based in the Philippines and capable of managing communication across UK business hours.
Experience: 1–2 years in Influencer Marketing or Social Media Coordination. Experience “hunting” for creators on TikTok and Instagram is essential.
Remote Mastery: Experience working with US/UK remote agencies or brands, understanding the nuances of Western influencer rates, contracts, and communication styles.
AI Integration:
- Experience using AI for influencer discovery (e.g., Modash, HypeAuditor, or AI-powered CRM tools).
- Ability to use ChatGPT/Claude for drafting personalized outreach scripts and creative briefs at scale.
UGC Knowledge: Ability to identify high-converting User Generated Content (UGC) and provide constructive feedback to creators based on brand guidelines.
Soft Skills
- High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build rapport with creators and negotiate effectively.
- Organized Hustler: Capable of managing 20+ creator relationships simultaneously without losing track of deliverables.
- Culturally Savvy: Up-to-date with US/UK pop culture, slang, and viral trends to ensure content remains relevant.
