About Voyc AI
We were founded in 2018, offering AI-powered software for conversation intelligence and compliance monitoring. Our solution monitors 100% of customer interactions, sending alerts and providing management reports. We use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to help regulated companies, including those in regtech and insurtech.
We help contact centers manage customer interactions consistently, identifying customers who need extra help and agents who need more training. Our co-founders, Matthew and Lethabo, began in 2015. They initially built an internal tool to analyze conversations automatically after struggling with manual analysis at a user experience agency.
After participating in the Techstars SAP.iO accelerator, they shifted focus to providing technology for contact centers to monitor all calls. We have monitored over 60 million individual interactions. Our goal is to monitor calls for 200 million end customers, eventually reaching 1 billion people. We operate from offices in Amsterdam, London, and Cape Town.
