We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in data analysis to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Create, maintain, and analyze reports to identify key trends and cost-saving opportunities;
Perform accurate data entry, validation, and organization across multiple systems;
Generate insights and visual summaries to support decision-making;
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify goals, gather information, and align deliverables;
Interpret and adapt to different communication styles to ensure clear understanding across departments;
Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely project completion;
Proactively identify issues, suggest solutions, and implement process improvements;
Support workflow optimization and reporting efficiency across tools and teams;
Strong analytical skills — ability to read, interpret, and generate data reports;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and Google Suite;
Minimum 1 year of experience in a data, analytics, or operations-related role;
Excellent written and verbal English communication;
Strong interpersonal and soft skills — able to communicate effectively with diverse teams;
Leadership mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently;
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
Full-time availability during EST business hours;
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 4$ - 7$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
