Welcome Pickups, operating as Welcome Travel Technologies Holdings LTD, was founded in 2015 in Athens, Greece. We provide in-destination travel experiences, covering everything from arrival to departure.

Our services include airport transfers, pre-ordered tickets to local attractions, and local tips from our drivers. We also offer a “Welcome Rewards” program where users can earn up to 8% back on rides.

We manage a global network of 30-40 destinations, overseeing launches, relaunches, and product activations. We work to improve efficiency and daily performance across these locations. Our teams acquire drivers through digital channels and generate B2B leads and B2C transfer bookings using SEO and performance marketing.

Product development aims to create efficient experiences for travelers, drivers, partners, and our internal operations teams.

Our mission is to change how people experience new destinations and set a global standard for travel services once they arrive. We focus on the user, creating smooth online and offline experiences. We aim to support travelers’ needs throughout their trip, offering local advice and knowledge. We believe travel should be friendly and accessible, inspiring everyone to explore.

We customize our products based on traveler preferences and prioritize quality. We select our drivers carefully and are transparent about pricing, with no hidden fees.
