We are a property development and management company founded in 1971. Our work is organized into three business units: WinnDevelopment, WinnResidential, and WinnMilitary. We offer services like property management, military housing, development, fee management, adaptive reuse, affordable housing, veteran housing, and senior housing.

We manage over 700 properties across 27 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. We also invest in our communities, funding college scholarships for residents and organizing community service events.
