Our platform lets you understand every requirement upfront, submit applications, track permit statuses, respond to city feedback, and manage active permits, expirations, and compliance—all from one dashboard. Features include data-driven approval timelines, verified requirements, step-by-step plans, automated pre-checked submissions, live city portal monitoring, and automated comment parsing and assigning.

Our unified dashboard offers centralized permit tracking, critical notifications, and portfolio-level reporting. We support various permit types, including site permits (land use, grading, stormwater, environmental), building permits (new construction, renovation, demolition, change of use), and trade permits (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, gas).

Our clients include retailers, general contractors, owners, homebuilders, architects, and developers. We support over $12 billion in construction across all 50 states, with teams like AutoZone, Starbucks, Prologis, and JLL Design using our platform.

Our mission is to help project teams break ground sooner. We believe that faster construction helps address critical challenges like housing affordability, climate change, economic stability, and developing resilient infrastructure.

We focus on making permitting faster because it’s a major roadblock in construction. This process can add up to 15% to final project costs and is often inconsistent across different cities. We aim to manage permitting complexities so project teams can focus on building.

We are a company with 51-200 employees. We work in a hybrid in-office setting in FiDi, Manhattan.

We have a proactive, early-stage startup mindset. This means continuously refining our messaging and sales processes, working cross-functionally, and focusing on defining our product culture, processes, rituals, and communication styles. Our co-founders are Charlie Jacobson and Andreas Rotenberg.
