PermitFlow, founded in 2021, develops software for building permits, construction permits, construction technology, permit software, PropTech, and SaaS. We provide an AI platform to simplify and speed up pre-construction processes for builders across the country. Our software handles permit preparation, submission, and tracking across more than 7,000 Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) nationwide.

We use several AI agents: an Intake Agent to automatically pull project information for permitting, a Research Agent to identify requirements, fees, and timelines, a Submission Agent to prepare and file documents, a Coordination Agent to track updates and manage comments, and an Issuance Agent to manage permit receipt, inspections, and close-out tasks.

We serve commercial contractors, home builders, home services contractors, developers, and architects. We have permitted over $20 billion in construction value, collected over 12 million data points on requirements and decisions, and are SOC2 & ISO 27001 certified. Customers secure permits 40-60% faster with us, and we have raised $90.5 million in funding.
