We are a global consumer market research agency specializing in food, beverage, personal, and household care research. We design qualitative and quantitative solutions to help businesses with their brands, packaging, and products, often using sensory science. Our services include branding, innovation, product development, and retail strategy. We use our own conceptual profiling and ranging methods, have a global team for qualitative research, and offer Agile Research solutions through our Express suite. Our NOVA team develops new tech and research methods. Through acquisitions, we now also offer video production, brand consultancy, rapid prototyping, digital design, and marketing communications.

MMR Research was founded in 1989. By 1994, we had 10 employees and completed our first international project. We established an in-house Statistics team in 1997 and opened our first international office in New Jersey, US, in 2004. Our turnover reached $10 million in 2008, $40 million in 2017, and $50 million in 2019. By 2015, we had Sensory Science Centers and research hubs in 7 global locations. Today, we have 9 global research hubs and teams in over 10 locations, including London, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, São Paulo, Durban, Oxford, Wokingham, Netherlands, Colombia, Mumbai, and Bangkok.
