We founded Work In Progress Consulting in 2019 to provide People Operations, Human Resources, and Capacity Building consulting. We offer technical assistance to nonprofits, foundations, coalitions, and small businesses.
Our services cover executive-level hiring, HR policy development, individual and team coaching, compensation analysis, strategic planning, finance, fundraising, and 501©(3) applications and oversight. We also support board development, facilitation, and strengthening organizational culture.

We are a small team of 1-10 employees. Our practitioners, facilitators, and organizational strategists are experienced in putting justice-centered practices into action. Together, we bring experience from nonprofits, philanthropy, reproductive health, rights, and justice, LGBTQIA2S+ movements, labor organizing, the arts, and education.
