Our Benefits & Expenses team is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated individual to join us as a Benefits & Expense Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for business travel expense and benefits questions, ensuring our clients and talent have an exceptional experience.
What you will do as a Benefits & Expense Specialist…
Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
Resolve expense-related inquiries and discrepancies
Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations
Keep the process documentation and the knowledge base up to date
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
Provide excellent customer service to employees
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field
2+ years of experience in benefits administration, expense management, or related role
Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, or expense management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
English language
Desirable (but not required):
