We were founded in 1999 and provide cloud-based global mobility technology solutions to support international talent and workforce mobility programs. Our solutions are used by over 2,000 organizations worldwide.

The Equus Platform helps HR, finance, and mobility teams in organizations with complex needs manage tax, immigration, relocation, and compliance for business travelers, remote workers, and long-term assignees. It includes automation, configurable workflows, and real-time visibility in one system. For smaller or emerging programs, Workia offers a simpler solution for essential mobility needs.

We’ve received multiple awards for our technology. We also operate Workia and launched Global Expansion, an Employer of Record (EOR) service available in 214 countries and territories.
