Our Customer Success team is looking for some energetic, highly organised, passionate individual to join us as a Junior Growth Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to nurture and maintain the trust that clients place in WorkMotion, ensuring a seamless experience for employing abroad. You will act as Voice and Advocate for our Clients, gathering feedback, and collaborating with other WorkMotion teams to optimize the service experience, remove obstacles, and maximize value for our client.
What you will do as a Junior Growth Customer Success Manager...
Owning and Driving Client’s Journey with WorkMotion:
- Client Onboarding: Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with WorkMotion.
- Active Product Usage: Monitor your client portfolio’s health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns. Make them expand with us!
- Client retention activist: Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
- Language: English excellent verbal and written communication abilities, German - is a big plus
- Energetic, Motivated: Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
- Diligent Documentation: maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Every client matters!
- Relationship Building: develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction
- Time Management: capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
- Team Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
Desirable (but not required):
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- System Knowledge: familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
- Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
