Our Engineering Team is looking for a strategic, visionary, and hands-on leader to join us as a Principal Engineer / Software Architect. In this role, you’ll define the technical backbone of our global HR platform, drive AI-powered innovation, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and future-proof.
1-What You’ll Own
- Â Define and lead the technical and architectural vision for our core platform.
- Â Drive AI and machine learning initiatives that power automation, compliance, and data intelligence.
- Â Embed DevSecOps and security-first principles throughout our software delivery lifecycle.
- Â Design scalable, resilient, and cloud-native systems that support our global operations.
- Â Mentor senior engineers, cooperate with Engineering managers, and guide teams toward engineering excellence.
- Â Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to deliver intelligent, secure, and high-performing solutions.
2-What We’re Looking For
- Â 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong system design and architecture skills.
- Â Proven experience in AI/ML integration or productionizing machine learning models at scale.
- Â Deep expertise in DevSecOps, cloud security, and automation (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IaC).
- Â Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java/Python.
- Â Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentorship capabilities.
- Â Passion for innovation, scalability, and secure software design.
3-Nice to Have
- Â Experience in HR tech, fintech, or data-heavy platforms.
- Â Familiarity with GDPR, ISO27001, and modern data protection frameworks.
- Â Knowledge of AI ethics, model monitoring, or ML security.
- Â Familiarity with AI/ML applications, observability, and intelligent automation.
