We started in 1985 as a service provider for the real estate industry. We use our expertise, data, and digital tools to help clients make decisions and create lasting value. Our services include valuation, sustainability, and consulting for various clients, including institutional real estate owners.

Our services include processing large real estate datasets for valuations, developing Python scripts for data challenges, and helping project teams understand data and automate tasks. We also provide sustainability solutions for the construction and real estate market, covering certifications, building ecology, and comprehensive consulting for new and existing projects.

We are developing an AI portfolio, moving towards “Agentic AI as a Service.” Our goal is to deliver commercially viable solutions while managing regulatory requirements. We also offer “Wüest Dimensions,” a SaaS platform for institutional investors in Switzerland and Europe, providing digital tools for complex real estate investments. We are expanding into valuing renewable energy assets and infrastructure, building expertise in areas like Infrastructure, Energy & Clean Tech, and conducting company and asset valuations to IDW S1 standards. Our Corporate Services division maintains our internal IT, providing 1st and 2nd level support and managing IT security and infrastructure across all our locations.

We operate from Berlin, Zürich-Binz, Bern, and Geneva. Datahouse, part of our company, develops software solutions for real estate data platforms, with teams in Lisbon and remote options.
