We are a laser fusion company. We combine novel laser technology with proven science to commercialize fusion energy. Our approach to inertial fusion is similar to America’s National Ignition Facility and aims for long-term economic viability.

We plan to select a site for what would be the world’s largest laser by January 20, 2026. We are backed by investors including Hedosophia Investments, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Lowercarbon Capital, Prelude Ventures, Emerson Collective, Starlight Ventures, Wireframe Ventures, Leitmotif Ventures, and Gigascale Capital. The U.S. Department of Energy has also selected us for funding.

Our headquarters are in Denver, CO, with manufacturing operations in Tucson, AZ. We partner with Los Alamos National Laboratory, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Savannah River National Laboratory, Naval Research Laboratory, Laboratory for Laser Energetics, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, General Atomics, Westinghouse, and Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia.

Our mission is to develop a source of unlimited, clean, safe, and reliable energy to power the future. We aim to commercialize fusion energy, which we anticipate will support energy-intensive sectors such as AI, biomedical research, water purification, robotics, quantum computing, and space travel.

Founded in 2022, we have 51-200 employees. CEO Conner Galloway and President Alexander Valys co-founded the company, having previously worked together at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

We recruit talent from fields including aerospace, national laboratories, semiconductors, high-performance computing, lithography, and software. Our culture focuses on unlocking clean, safe, and abundant energy. We aim to build a team that can change humanity’s trajectory.

Our leadership team includes individuals with backgrounds in physics, engineering, and business. We are also supported by a Science and Technology Advisory Board and a Founding Scientific Council.
