We are xneelo, founded in 1999. We provide hosting services that help our customers establish and manage their online activities. Our services include shared hosting, colocation hosting, dedicated servers, and WordPress hosting. Our web hosting plans offer unlimited traffic, SSL certificates, daily backups, fast SSD storage, 99.9% network uptime, 1 Gbps uplink speeds, and an easy-to-use Control Panel. We also offer domain registration for extensions like .africa, .xyz, .online, .site, and .tech, along with website protection using Cloudbric WAF.

xneelo Cloud is our Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) product. It’s built with OpenStack and Ceph to provide scalable computing, storage, and network resources. This cloud service is currently available in South Africa, and we plan to expand it globally. We also offer Managed and Self-Managed Servers, giving you options for fully managed or customizable dedicated performance.

We manage several data centers, including one in Samrand, Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. Our headquarters are in Durbanville, and we employ between 201 and 500 people. We’ve received awards such as Top Performing Company and Stevie Awards for customer service. We are also a member of the Internet Service Provider’s Association of South Africa (ISPA).

Our purpose is to enable businesses by providing hosting services for online creation and transactions. Our name, “xneelo,” comes from a Latin phrase meaning ‘to create something out of nothing,’ which reflects the resourcefulness of both our customers and our team. We promise to be “trusted in hosting” by delivering reliable and consistent web hosting through stable infrastructure, good value, and excellent service.
