AllCare.ai is an AI-powered healthcare delivery platform that acts as the “easy button” for Assisted Living operators. We combine advanced artificial intelligence with compassionate onsite care to solve the logistical chaos of senior living. Instead of operators struggling to coordinate appointments and transport, our technology and field teams bring the entire clinic directly to the resident’s doorstep. We don’t just coordinate care — we deliver care.
About the Role
We’re hiring Outreach Specialists to support our operations through a hybrid role that combines phone-based outreach and in-person facility visits. You’ll contact subscribers or their legally authorized representatives to document consent for AllCare.ai services, and support on-site paperwork collection and sign-ups as needed.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time who are comfortable both on the phone and in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls using a provided list
- Document consent and call outcomes (light reporting)
- Follow established processes and compliance guidelines
- Travel to assigned facilities to collect required paperwork and support consent sign-ups
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time

- No prior experience required — training provided
Schedule & Compensation
- 18–20 hours per week
- $18 - $20/hour + performance-based bonus
- Weekdays: 10am - 2pm PST
