About the Role
We’re hiring Outreach Specialists to support our consumer division from our Egypt-based team, focused on consumer activation — eligibility discovery, education, and enrollment into AllCare.ai’s remote care and pharmacy services through structured, phone-based outreach.
This role blends education, customer interaction, and structured enrollment—supporting activation into AllCare’s care ecosystem (telehealth intake, Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and pharmacy coordination).
This position is ideal for candidates interested in healthcare delivery, pharmacy services, or commercial outreach within a fast-growing U.S.-based healthtech company.
This role may evolve over time as AllCare expands services and consumer programs.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls using provided lists and, as needed, light outbound sourcing to support activation targets.
- Introduce and explain AllCare.ai’s remote care, monitoring, and pharmacy services using approved scripts—while adapting naturally to consumer needs.
- Engage prospective consumers, qualify interest and eligibility, and address common objections to drive next-step commitment.
- Support enrollment and activation by guiding interested individuals through next steps, including scheduling telehealth intake when applicable.
- Document call outcomes, interest levels, and follow-ups.
- Work toward clearly defined outreach, scheduling, and activation performance targets.
What We’re Looking For / Who This Role Is Perfect For
- Pharmacist degree strongly preferred; outreach, enrollment, or healthcare sales experience is a plus.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with a professional, clear, and confident tone
- Strong communication, objection-handling skills, and attention to detail in a metrics-driven environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in healthcare delivery, pharmacy services, or healthtech operations
- Ability to follow scripts and workflows while maintaining a natural, consumer-friendly conversation style.
- Comfort working toward outreach, enrollment, and performance benchmarks.
- Prior outreach or sales experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $400 USD per month
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Location: Remote (Egypt-based candidates only)
