About the Role
We’re hiring Outreach Specialists to support our consumer division, focused on consumer activation — driving awareness, eligibility discovery, and enrollment into AllCare.ai’s remote care and pharmacy services through structured, phone-based outreach.
This role blends education, customer interaction, and structured enrollment—supporting activation into AllCare’s care ecosystem (telehealth intake, remote monitoring, and pharmacy coordination). It’s ideal for individuals seeking part-time remote work who are interested in healthcare, consumer services, or gaining commercial outreach experience in a fast-growing healthtech company.
This role may evolve as AllCare expands its consumer programs and go-to-market approach.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls using provided lists and, as needed, light outbound sourcing to support activation targets.
- Introduce and explain AllCare.ai’s remote care, monitoring, and pharmacy services using approved scripts—while adapting naturally to consumer needs.
- Engage prospective consumers, qualify interest and eligibility, and address common objections to drive next-step commitment.
- Support enrollment and activation by guiding interested individuals through next steps, including scheduling telehealth intake when applicable.
- Document call outcomes, interest levels, and follow-ups.
- Work toward clearly defined outreach, scheduling, and activation performance targets.

- Comfortable speaking on the phone with a friendly, confident, and professional tone
- Clear communication, objection-handling, and persuasion skills in a structured outreach environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed
- Interest in healthcare delivery and comfort working toward outreach, activation, and enrollment targets.
- Ability to stay organized and follow structured processes
- Training provided; prior experience in phone-based outreach, enrollment, sales, or customer success is a plus.
Compensation & Hours
Pay: $18–$20 per hour + performance-based bonus
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: Morning and evening shifts available
- Saturday: 4-hour shift (timing to be assigned)
