We offer a local brand visibility and digital presence platform for multi-location brands. Our platform helps brands get discovered and engage with customers across AI and traditional search, social media, websites, and direct communications. We provide insights into brand performance at global and local levels, with actionable recommendations and integrated tools. We help brands optimize their online presence to appear in local AI and traditional search. This includes accurate local listings, highly-rated reviews, local pages, and localized social content. Our platform also helps turn discovery into conversions by scaling AI-optimized local pages and building customer trust through online reviews, local social content, and one-to-one messaging. We help businesses structure their data for AI visibility and manage their local brand presence from a centralized platform. Our main products are Scout (an AI Search & Competitive Intelligence Agent), Knowledge Graph, Listings, Reviews, Pages, Social, and Search. Our platform integrates with existing marketing solutions. Our clients include Extra Space Storage, Subway, Campbell’s, ASDA, Best Western - BWH Hotels, and Kiehl’s Since 1851.

Yext was established in 2006 by Howard Lerman and Brian Distelburger as a lead generation service. It transitioned to a pay-per-call model in 2009. In 2012, Yext expanded its focus on Listings after selling its pay-per-call business and moved its headquarters to New York City. The company completed its IPO on the New York Stock Exchange in 2017. In 2019, Yext rebranded and launched its Search product. The company relocated to the Yext Building in NYC’s Chelsea neighborhood in 2020. Michael Walrath was named CEO in 2022.
