About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Design Team Lead to lead and grow Yodeck’s Marketing Design team. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Buzz, you will manage a multidisciplinary team across Graphic, Motion, and Web (UX/UI) Design, shaping how our brand comes to life across campaigns, digital experiences, video content, product marketing assets, events, and customer communications.

This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution. We’re looking for someone with strong branding experience in B2B SaaS, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for design craft. You’ll drive concepts from idea to final delivery, maintain consistency across all touchpoints, and provide creative direction for our website and digital experiences in line with Yodeck’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of Graphic, Motion, and Web (UX/UI) designers.

  • Own and evolve Yodeck’s visual brand identity and marketing design systems across all channels.

  • Provide creative direction for website and digital experiences, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand.

  • Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns, website assets, video content, social media, presentations, events, and branded materials.

  • Contribute hands-on to creative work, including concept development, mockups, visual assets, presentations, and campaign creation.

  • Drive the creative direction behind product launches, campaigns, brand storytelling, and broader marketing initiatives.

  • Manage creative workflows, timelines, prioritization, and production quality across multiple projects.

  • Oversee video and multimedia productions, from planning and pre-production through post-production, motion graphics, and final delivery.

  • Explore and implement AI-powered creative tools and workflows to improve team efficiency and output.

  • Maintain a high standard of design craft, visual storytelling, and attention to detail across all creative deliverables.

  • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on feedback, quality, development, and continuous improvement.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and growth of design team members.

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Motion Design, Marketing Design, or related creative fields.

  • 4+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing creative teams.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, motion/video work, web design, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience working with B2B SaaS brands or within digital marketing environments.

  • Strong understanding of branding, design systems, typography, composition, and visual communication.

  • Strong design craft with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to create polished visual assets, mockups, and presentation-ready materials.

  • Experience working across digital, web, motion, video, and campaign formats.

  • Ability to provide creative direction and actionable feedback on website and digital experience design.

  • Good understanding of UX principles and digital customer journeys across web and product touchpoints.

  • Understanding of production workflows, from pre-production and planning to post-production and motion/VFX delivery.

  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools and workflows within the design or content production process.

  • Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro).

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

  • Comfortable balancing hands-on creative execution with team leadership responsibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.

  • Experience scaling creative processes and design operations.

  • Background in video advertising, multimedia storytelling, or campaign production.

  • Understanding of conversion-focused website experiences and digital customer journeys.
