Post-Merger Integration Manager

Job Description

Description

Yopeso has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism.

At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions.

Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.

Requirements

We are looking for a Post-Merger Integration Manager to lead the successful integration of acquired companies and build a repeatable PMI capability for future acquisitions.

You will own the integration program from pre-close planning and Day 1 readiness through operational and cultural integration, coordinating leaders across the acquiring and acquired organizations. Your focus will be on aligning people, processes, operations, culture, and ways of working to ensure the acquisition delivers its intended business value.

This is a business and organizational integration role, rather than a hands-on technical systems role. Functional leaders across IT, Finance, People/HR, and other areas remain accountable for their respective workstreams, while you own the overall integration plan, governance, coordination, risks, and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution, from pre-close and Day 1 through stabilization and full integration.

  • Develop and manage the integration roadmap, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics across functional workstreams.

  • Act as the key integration point between senior leadership, functional teams, and the acquired organization.

  • Coordinate People/HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and other workstreams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

  • Identify and resolve organizational, cultural, communication, and process gaps across teams and geographies.

  • Track integration risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, bringing leadership clear recommendations and solutions.

  • Support the realization of expected synergies, efficiencies, and other deal value.

  • Facilitate integration meetings, workshops, and leadership updates to maintain alignment and accountability.

  • Support due diligence and pre-close planning for future acquisitions, bringing an integration perspective to deal evaluation.

  • Build and continuously improve PMI playbooks, templates, governance processes, and lessons learned to make future integrations faster and more effective.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in post-merger integration, M&A, business transformation, or large-scale organizational change.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams, countries, or locations.

  • Strong understanding of organizational, operational, cultural, and people-related aspects of integration.

  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Genuine cross-cultural fluency and experience working with international teams.

  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and adapting as priorities change.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluent written and spoken English.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support integration activities.

  • Experience in technology, software, or professional services.
