Due to the rapid growth of our team, we are currently looking for an HR Operations Lead who will build and structure our HR operations and, in the future, form and lead their own team.

The HR Ops Lead makes HR work like a system: clear intake, clear priorities, clean data, and predictable delivery.

When this role works, HR runs smoothly, Admins know what to do, and HR BPs can focus on people, not paperwork.

Reporting & level

· Reports to: HR Director

· Leads: Regional HR Admin team

· Level: Senior / Lead (hands-on owner)

What you own

HR service engine

· Turn ticketing into the only way HR work enters the system.

· Set priorities, SLAs, routing, and escalation rules.

· Keep HR fast, clear, and on time.

· Own admin-level escalations.

Processes & quality

· Simplify HR admin processes.

· Create templates, checklists, and clear “how we work”.

· Kill rework by fixing root causes.

· Keep employee data clean across systems.

Automation & scale

· Turn repeat questions into KB articles and chatbot flows.

· Prepare HR ops for HRM and automation.

· Help HR scale without adding people.

Team leadership

· Build, coach, and support the HR Admin team.

· Set clear expectations and priorities.

· Create a friendly, accountable, results-focused team.

Insights

· Track a few key numbers: SLA, backlog, rework.

· Show what’s working and what needs fixing.

Tools

· Ticketing system

· Knowledge Base / chatbot

· HRM

· Simple dashboards

Working conditions:

Work schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible 8 working hours, but preferably - till the 19.00-20.00
