Job description
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Social Media ManagerΒ to help scale the digital presence of a fast-growing wellness brand. We arenβt just looking for someone to “post content”βwe need a disciplined executor who can manage the daily pulse of the brand across five platforms, leverage AI to work smarter, and hunt for the right influencer partnerships to fuel growth.
2-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Posting and scheduling content across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn: This role focuses on writing captions for content provided by a creative team and engaging with the community by leaving 50β100 comments per day on targeted accounts.
Using AI to assist with SEO-friendly copywriting
Influencer outreach (DMs + email) to source creators for partnership ads
Tracking outreach and responses in a simple system
Light admin support where it creates leverage (content calendars, posting logs, etc.)
Extremely organized
Comfortable with AI tools
Proactive, not reactive
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
