Your Role:

- Own the Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls to closing deals, and deliver compelling product demos that highlight real-world solutions.
- Build Strong Relationships: Go beyond transactions — cultivate lasting connections with key decision-makers by sharing your expertise and insights.
- Tailor Your Approach: Customize pitches to address each client’s unique needs and demonstrate how KAMI Workforce can transform their operations.
- Hit Your Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas — we celebrate success, and we want you to thrive!
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to stay ahead of market trends and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate and Close: Use your negotiation skills to finalize deals that are a win-win for both clients and KAMI Workforce.

- Communicates clearly, turns “no” into opportunity, and knows how to sell with confidence
- Loves challenges – you enjoy solving problems and thinking on your feet
- Works well with others but can run independently when needed
