About Zopa Bank
We started as the first peer-to-peer (P2P) lending company in 2005. In 2020, we launched Zopa Bank to offer a wider range of financial products.
We provide digital banking services across the UK, including loans, fixed term savings, flexible savings pots (Smart Saver), credit cards, current accounts (Biscuit by Zopa), car finance, and investments (launched in November 2025).
We have lent over £13 billion and manage more than £5 billion in savings for over 1.5 million customers. More than 600,000 customers use our credit card products.
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA). Customer funds are protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
In September 2025, we acquired Rvvup to expand our retail finance options. Customers rate us 4.5 stars on Trustpilot.
