Position Summary:

Swiftly is seeking an Account Manager to lead efforts in empowering CPGs to reach potential and existing customers through impactful digital experiences. This role calls for a strategic thinker who can leverage 1st party data, implement cross-channel strategies, and apply full-funnel tactics to deliver comprehensive digital campaigns. The account manager will oversee the development and execution of these campaigns, with a focus on maximizing Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) and driving consumer engagement through innovative digital strategies.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for brands and agencies, problem solve with ease and consistently take initiative to grow the success and impact of their accounts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Rapidly learn Swiftly’ s unique digital offerings and capabilities and translate their value to new and potential clients
  • Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, creative standards, and data requirements to meet clients’ audience targets and business objectives. Leverage inventory planning tools such as Tableau to inform media plans and sales strategy
  • Act as the primary contact for clients: proactively offer troubleshooting support, implement creative changes, maintain campaign momentum and optimizations, deliver actionable performance insights, recommend enhancements for future campaigns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure client renewals and identify opportunities for new or incremental business, underpinning client retention and growth strategies
  • Drive sales planning and implementation by building all proposals into Salesforce CPQ, pushing deals through the sales stages and through the campaign execution lifecycle
  • Advise on pricing strategies and help develop, maintain, and enforce rate card norms
  • Oversee regular campaign performance reviews, presenting metrics such as ROAS, impressions, views, clicks, likes, to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to refine campaign targeting: leverage the power of custom 1st party targeting segments, 3rd party data, geo-targeting, and content targeting to engage consumers through all phases of the purchase
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of account management experience within an agency or digital publisher
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing/advertising
  • Ability to engage clients quickly, develop rapport, and maintain relationships
  • Experience with media planning and optimization
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce
  • Proficient in the latest digital advertising platforms and analytics tools, with an emphasis on performance metrics analysis
  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills for client interfacing and stakeholder management
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, fostering team success and contributing to a dynamic work environment
  • Experience with retailers or with retail media
  • Previous work in digital transitions for retail or related sectors
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work in a rapidly changing start-up environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship

$90,000 - $100,000 a year

The salary range is based on the candidates experience as it relates to the role.
