Responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, ensure accuracy and timely reporting of discrepancies;
- Accounts Payable: Manage and oversee function;
- Cash Management: Manage cash and bank related matters;
- Month-End Closing: Support month-end close processes;Financial and Regulatory Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports including but not limited to BAS, IAS filings and client money reports;
- Participate in ad hoc projects and other tasks as required
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years working experience in financial or professional environment;
- Good understanding of accounting concepts and standards
- Efficient and clear communication both verbal and written
- Good team collaboration but can also work independently
- Excellent eye for detail;
- University qualification in Accounting or Finance
- CPA qualified or part qualified, or keen to pursue
- Proficient in Goggle and Microsoft applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Excel
