We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Accountant to join the team. In this role, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients across different industries. What You’ll Do
- Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoice preparation, issuance, and tracking.
- Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments and proactively follow up on outstanding balances.
- Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in creating and posting journal entries related to AR and revenue transactions.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of the AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
- Maintain aging reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding invoices, payments, and account issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across different time zones (U.S. and India) to ensure smooth processes.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling Accounts Receivable processes and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or MS Business Central (Dynamics 365) is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to varying client processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with clients and teams.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST or CST.
