At Superside, Staffing is at the core of delivering exceptional creative work. As an Associate Resource Manager, you’ll ensure that every customer is supported by the best-fit team, setting them up for long-term success. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Creative Project Managers, and Creatives to handle staffing transitions, optimize team assignments, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-stakes environments, loves solving complex resourcing challenges, and is passionate about building strong, high-performing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure customers’ accounts are staffed with the right creative talent, aligning team expertise with business needs.
  • Manage staffing transitions, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and leave coverage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on staffing decisions and resolve capacity challenges.
  • Identify process improvements to make staffing operations more efficient and scalable.
  • Maintain accurate staffing records, pulling insights to inform team assignments and resource planning.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Strong multitasking skills, able to manage multiple staffing requests under tight deadlines.
  • Process-driven mindset, always looking for ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Experience in staffing, casting, resource management, or traffic management within creative agencies, operations, or fast-paced environments.
  • Data-savvy, comfortable using Google Sheets, troubleshooting formulas, and analyzing trends.
  • Self-starter mentality, taking ownership of tasks and driving results without constant oversight.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, ensuring seamless communication between multiple teams.
